Carpets throughout were heavily stained and needed a deep clean. Bathrooms showed signs of neglect with black mold in the grout, a broken tile, and flickering lights above the mirror. On multiple occasions, room amenities like teaspoons went missing, and the toilet flush felt inconsistent.

Enjoyed every minute of being there, would recommend. The place was fairly clean and ideal, had genuinely helpful and really caring staff with Inn manager. It was a peaceful location just next door to the restaurant, the festival and Wokingham. The English bar was welcoming.

The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The breakfast was great, with home-cooked options that satisfied. The service was really good, with staff going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, reminiscent of my previous positive experiences at the hotel.
The bathroom could use some minor improvements.

We had lived in this area for many years and knew of the Pheasant Inn. We have stayed here twice now, since leaving the County and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Excellent food. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Central for local and main town shopping, Cinema, easy access to motorways, bus routes, trains, etc.

A quick stay in Wokingham 🇿🇦
The bed was super comfy, reminded me of a cloud! Breakfast was a dik brekkie, full English and all that. Ample parking was a plus too!
The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, shower pressure was a bit dodgy.

I did not personally stay but the above reflects the views of my overflow guests who did the room was adequate for purpose - they were out all day - and the breakfast was complimented. The convenient location of the Inn to my house was the most important factor in chosing it
Unnecessary phone call from Inn questioning if booking was valid when they had failed to fully read my note explaining the reason for the booking. While apologetic when I called back to underline the position they should not have made the call, inconveniently when i was away from home.

friendly staff ,with a good choice of food, nice cold beer at the bar and a large beer garden at the rear, clean and modern rooms , i did have a slight problem with the shower but that was soon fixed and had the previous occupant reported the fault this would have been avoided a pleasant and relaxing stay
